Terms of Use


  1. Applicants have to pay Application fee online. They may use their parents’ or their own bank account to make the payment.
  2. For making online payment of Application fee, the applicant has to fill the e-form. After filling the e-form, Application Fee to be paid by the student will be displayed. For making the payments, Applicant should check the appropriate box and proceed further.
  3. Applicants may opt for the any of the available modes of online payment:
    • Net Banking.
    • Debit Card.
    • Credit Card.
  4. Select the appropriate mode for making payment and follow instructions that appear on the screen.
  5. After successful completion of the payment, applicant will be directed to a page where they will see the receipt of the payment made and the e-form number.
  6. No extra fee will be charged from the applicants for online payment of fees by any of the modes mentioned above.
  7. The student is required to pay the fee online by the due date as notified.
  8. Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment or double payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim with the NORTHCAP University, Gurgaon.
